Got Everything under control but need an experienced hand to help set it up, pack it down again or get it there and back?
this package for couple who are planning their own wedding but would like help advice in organising a wedding.
Creating the run sheet for your big day
Two site visits to ceremony / reception spaces
2 x one hour initial consultation face to face appointments
We will refer you to 2 relevant suppliers per category including: Celebrant, ceremony, Venue, Decorations, photography, videography, flower, wedding cars, bridal wear, accommodation.
unlimited email and phone correspondence regarding the highlighted service.
Set up, pack down & Delivery on the day.
Package cost:
$400 +
$50 per hour (per team member) set up & pack down
setup&pack down of furniture items and/ or installations require a minimum of two team members
Includes
A dedicated wedding stylist & project manager.
Concept creation by our design team, based on our initial meeting and your brief.
Five concept meeting to determine and refine ideas and direction for the look and feel of your day.
Final idea presentation & document Outlining every aspect of the styling of your day, communicated with relevant suppliers as required.
lIAISE DIRECTLY WITH VENUE AND RELEVANT SUPPLIERS REGARDING STYLING REQUIREMENTS.
Management of styling budget.
Creation of run sheet and management of the setup and pack down of event styling elements.
Package cost $1200.00
in addition to our service fee, a budget to use towards creation and purchase of stylistic aspects (e.g. florals, lighting, signage, installations, furniture etc) is required to agreed upon initial engagement. Minimum styling budget required is $5000.00 in addition to our service costs. We recommend that our "coordinate" Package be booked in conjunction with our style package.
